- Own a full design cycle from research to hands-on design, crafting trendy, intuitive, and accessible product experiences for millions of people, while effectively communicating and presenting complex concepts and designs
- Rapidly design process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity artifacts to test hypotheses
- Approach design and content holistically across its varying levels - workflow, experience, functionality, interaction, and visuals - to provide great content
- Conduct extensive product research, synthesizing insights from various sources including market trends, support tickets, competitor analysis, interviews, and feedback sessions
- Become an expert in product data to deeply inform and guide design work
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and other professionals to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions inside and outside the team
- Work alongside your Content partners - Design System, various Editor teams, Template Designers, and Visual Experts, to raise the level of the building blocks we offer our users
- Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements
