Advance System Engr
We are seeking a talented and experienced System Engineer to join our team. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems and infrastructure to meet the organization's business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather/develop the solutions, requirements, system architectures, and testing and deploy solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, architect and manage requirements for complex systems and solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to develop requirements, coordinate project activities, and communicate system updates.
- Analyze user needs and system requirements to ensure that system designs align with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including design documents, requirements, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Manage system configurations, version control, and change management processes to ensure consistency and traceability.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, system failures, and performance bottlenecks through systematic debugging and troubleshooting.
- Implement security measures and protocols to protect systems from cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access.
- Optimize system performance through performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
- Support in cyber reviews for Production releases.
- Support in organizational expectations for process compliance e.g. CMMI, AS9100
- Be part of team in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in system design and engineering processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Experience in Avionics is an advantage.
- 6+ years of experience in system engineering, system design, or related role.
- Proficiency in system architecture, design principles, and best practices.
- Experience with system integration, testing, and validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
