• Modelling the algorithms/functionalities in link level simulator
• Perform technical analysis including documenting
• Helping to ramp up new team and guiding other team members
• Contributions to L1 Architecture
  

• Background on wireless/telecom systems
• Several years experience on L1 transceiver algorithms
• Experience on technical documentation and studies
• Strong background in communications theory and signal processing
• Experiences on programming in Matlab and physical layer simulations
• Master or above, major in telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, or related
• Good team working skills and capability to co-operate with internal and external stakeholders
• Good English speaking and reading

Preferred skills

• Familiar with 3gpp L1 standardization documentation, processes and forums
• Familiar with L1 functional architecture including receiver processing flow
• Familiar with L1 SoC chip-set and chip-level architecture
• Familiar with the system level impact to L1 algorithms (understands the whole concept)
• Familiar with HW/SW interoperability
