Support the PAC wholesale account team in driving the digital development of the chosen Wholesale account(s), seeking to optimize our brand representation, consumer experience, and ultimately growing net sales & market share online
As the lead for the account(s), you will also support in inventory management, orderbook conversion, and data analysis ensuring annual sales & profitability targets are met for the Digital Wholesale channel
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Full understanding of key digital KPIs (e.g. Impressions, CTR, PDP views, ATC, CVR, ROAS), their inter-connected nature and what levers to drive to improve performance
Very good project management skills, including the ability to lead diverse teams of technical and non-technical roles and several projects simultaneously
Experience in Sales and account management (or other Digital Wholesale account)
Very good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to senior stakeholders and convincing them to follow path of action
Ability to convince and motivate people on different seniority levels and communicate change
Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, encouraging change and taking personal ownership
Understanding of retailer’s financial metrics (sales, inventory, margin, returns etc.)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel Macro capabilities a plus)
Technical knowledge on Marketplace operations, including the interconnected roles of Middleware providers, Product Information Management (PIM) systems and Customer backends
Strong understanding of Amazon’s “Flywheel” and the required inputs to execute a successful business partnership
Understanding of reporting and business intelligence tools (eg. Tableau, PowerBI) and Customer Data platforms (eg. Amazon Retail Analytics)
Working knowledge of how retail media platforms and strategies directly support sales goals
Experience in agile execution methods is a plus
Experience managing a team preferred
Fluent English, both verbally and written
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving digital sell-through across all country URLs of your account’s digital banners and mobile apps
Alongside the PAC key accounts team, prioritize key digital initiatives to help accelerate the digital growth of your assigned Wholesale Partners in the region
Analyse and monitor consumer demand, category trends, and accounts’ digital assortment and identify opportunities to help accelerate our brands’ net sales & market share
Create dashboards and leverage data from internal tools (eg. Tableau, PowerBI) alongside customer data portals (eg. Amazon Retail Analytics) to develop actionable insights that drive growth, whilst also predicting and mitigating potential business risk
Take ownership of ensuring consistent & premium content for our brands across the account and continuously monitor the on-site assortment for availability, visibility, and findability
Enhance the visibility of the adidas brand across your account, tailoring to maximize impact based on the respective specific consumer journey
Develop and negotiate Digital Joint Business Plan (JBP) including sell-out & and Digital KPI targets together with assigned account teams, actively monitor progress on the JBP
In partnership with planning, measure key performance metrics and quantify commercial impact based on enhancements and facilitate the forecasting of online sales & growth ambitions across your account
Apply effective communication methods to senior management and stakeholders, both at a cluster & PAC level, in showing expertise across key digital metrics
Showcase expertise in key internal & external environments (e.g. Sell-ins, key account meetings, General Manager/Sales Director meetings, Sales & Marketing meetings, etc.)
With a focus on the consumer, evaluate how our current digital Go-to-market approach can be optimized to drive mutual benefits & increased efficiencies
Review and enforce local adidas Partnership Agreement with assigned accounts
Own commercial and operational elements of a Hybrid account relationship across Wholesale (1P) and Marketplace (3P) business models ensuring account and channel grows profitably in line with targets
Oversee 3P resellers across platforms to ensure brand guideline standards are upheld with minimal disruption
Be the adidas ambassador to champion key strategy goals in tri-party relationships with relevant license/distribution partners and retailers
Lead and negotiate annual trade investments to support growth of the account whilst adhering to adidas policies and profitability targets

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in the field of Business or equivalent. Engineering/Computer Science knowledge a plus
Sales/Account management experience – preferably in a multi-channel or ecom lead portfolio
Professional experience within Digital merchandising, Digital consumer experience and/or Digital Marketing
Account Management & Sports Industry experience is a plus
