Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in an administrative role in an international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Ability to speak and write in English and Dutch fluently, to support the client management in the region as well as interact with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in supporting large global teams across multiple time zones.
Knowledge of new tools and technologies and interest in using technology to improve efficiency.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and take initiative to build productive relationships.
