- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically to develop business recommendations, action plans, as well as ideas on improving internal processes.
