Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with AI/LLM technologies.
- Experience collecting, synthesizing, analyzing, and visualizing complex sources of data, to derive insights and form recommendations to improve operational efficiency and efficacy.
- Ability to identify and implement automation opportunities, and familiarity with dashboard tools like SQL/Dremel, Data Studio, or Tableau.
- Ability to build stories and compelling narratives that enable thoughtful decision making and work with our partners in a positive, productive way that encourages collaboration.
- Excellent executive communication and collaboration skills, including ability to influence without authority and cultivate strong cross-functional relationships.
