In this role, you’ll:
- Assist and lead activities to support all ATLAS (Automating the Total customer Lifecycle Across SAP) stakeholders. With your help we are improving communication, driving change management and ensure action items are completed across ATLAS workstreams
- Work closely with one of our program managers, as a PMO (project management office employee), facilitating meetings, eliminating roadblocks, and nurturing continuous improvement
- Support our solution architects with feature development which includes user story writing
- Lead small ad-hoc projects from initiation to closure
- Support in IT delivery teams in their day-to-day work
- Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, follow-up of action items and key issue
- Work closely with different process managers to analyze and model processes to create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions
- Translate complex processes into easier-to-consume formats (e.g., graphic visuals, simplified guides)
- Handling end-user enablement and providing guidance to internal customers and Stakeholders through our communication channels
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Excellent organization skills with a proactive mindset, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent communication skills in working with team members and managing stakeholder relations
- Rapidly adapt to changing circumstances and think outside the box
- Foundational knowledge and understanding of Agile Scrum
- Prior experience or formal training (e.g. a lecture at university) in Project Management/Agile Scrum is a major asset
- Strong desire to interact with and learn from senior members of the team
- You are an experienced user of MS Office products, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Teams
- You are acquainted with IT employees and IT products (especially with Microsoft (Teams, SharePoint))
- Nice to have: Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) knowledge
- You are fluent in English (in speech and writing) and intermediate in German
Nice to have certifications
- You hold a PRINCE2 or PSM I (Professional Scrum Master)
