Job Description As part of the role, you will sit in the and will come to the Office ,located in Ramat Hahayal, Tel - Aviv, times a week.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing,cleaning company, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Coordinate with IT department and procurement department on all office equipment.
- Working with the Finance department to process invoices, purchase orders, and track receipts.
- Provide general support to visitors, and candidates.
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary and support welfare activities.
- Supporting new employees onboarding and departure process.
- Managing meeting rooms reservations and assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments
Requirements - 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience- Adventege
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a "can-do" attitude
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both English and Hebrew - Must
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Service oriented
