- 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and coding in one or more programming languages.
- Experience in building and deploying AI solutions in a customer service or support environment.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management or professional services.
- Experience with Data/SQL and web technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in technical product, cloud support, Quality Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Experience in using Google Ads or other online advertising solutions.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting or customer support with a technology organization in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in problem-solving to develop perspectives on customer-focused solutions.
- Knowledge of customer support needs with the ability to provide technical solutions.
- Excellent empathizing skills with the ability to own experience and solutions.
