Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services to clients on IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
• Design and implement IT Service Management to enhance client productivity and collaboration.
• Optimize IT Service Management processes in accordance with best practices.
• Conduct thorough analyses of existing IT environments and recommend improvements.
• Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients on ITIL and related topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT infrastructure with other business processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology or Business Management.
• 3-6 years of experience in customer facing roles with IT Consulting, Products, Service Integrator Companies.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying IT Service Management & processes.
• Strong understanding of IT Operating Models and Development Methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• ITIL4 certification is preferred.
