Your role:

• Perform day-to-day Procurement operations under active guidance of Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead;

• Perform operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders Creation;

• Stakeholders management and support;

• Monitoring and analysis of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval, Parked invoices;

• Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support America;

• Vendor Master Data Customer Service support America.

You're the right fit if:

• You possess an academic background in Finance, International Commerce, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and/or Business Admin.
• Have +1 years of experience in Procurement or a solid mix between experience and academic background.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and Microsoft Excel.
