Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Reviewing checks for defects and errors
Documenting known defects and solutions
Noting common internal mistakes
Developing helpful guidelines for staff to follow
Analysing data to understand why problems occur
Creating reports about the results of tests and reviews
Relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement with the objective of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
Tool Configuration as per client requirement
Identifying Process Improvement and Deliver the same.
Excellent Communication and presentation skills with MS office.
Excellent Inter-personal skills.
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of background Verification process
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Graduation from Renowned University (Full Time)
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience handling role of Process Improvement/ Business Excellence
