Responsibilities:
- Contributes to developing and executing the firm's reward strategy
- Aids in managing key areas of reward, benefits and pensions and liaise with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.
- Participates in developing, implementing and administering compensation such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance appraisals, salary increases and salary surveys.
- Conducts compensation analysis and modeling to provide recommendations and solutions that respond to the different business requirements
- Executes core compensation processes, including: baseline data quality, salary planning reporting, offers design, equity programs auditing and reporting, Year End Process auditing, reporting and analysis, market intelligence and job evaluations
- Makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
