- 10 years of experience building Web Apps including database components.
- 2 years of experience managing and leading a team of Engineers.

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with unit testing, agile project development, bug and change management systems.
- Experience working with business partners or other customer facing roles.
