- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in [growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, cloud, events, etc.] marketing.
- 1 year of experience in people management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns for clients.
- Experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, digital signal processor, digital video, and Google platforms.
- Understanding of APAC marketing landscape (e.g., consumer trends, media channels and key media outlets, partnerships and ecosystems).
- Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and digital media optimization toward business goals using industry standard tools.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
