Your Impact
- Manage assigned projects for Risk & Insurance, including creating, analyzing and maintaining data required for the renewal of the Company’s insurance policies - Support data collection for annual insurance renewals
- Create an excel spreadsheet to track the administrative components of the global insurance program, which include insurance binders, invoices and policies for each line of coverage
- Manage certificate of insurance program and process, supporting our global internal customers as needed including opening and managing purchase orders for the organization - ensure invoices are paid timely and per policies
- Work on monthly funding activities including preparation of weekly and monthly cash balance reports
- Work on account opening/closing, signer management and other KYC requirements
- Assist in managing analytics and reporting for the Company’s multi-billion dollar fixed income investment portfolio
- Help manage other income and expense (OI&E) forecasts, variance analysis and reporting
- Facilitate in analyzing foreign currency exposures for cash flow and balance sheet hedging programs
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with various departments such as Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Tax
- Contribute to month end, quarter end and year end close activities
- Proficient in Tableau or similar tool to create reports/dashboards as required
- showing data analyzed and depicted for a variety of Treasury/Risk programs
- Work on ad-hoc treasury projects, as needed
Your Experience
- 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury or similar work in the banking industry
- Experience with risk management and/or insurance a plus
- Experience with Gtreasury, SAP, Clearwater Analytics, FXAll, or other Treasury related systems preferred but not required
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Positive attitude, highly professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills
- A proactive and assertive approach to managing tasks, responsibilities, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure
- Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment as well with peers and members of the greater organization
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications as well as certain Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
