What will you do on a regular basis?

  • Innovate with cutting-edge ad formats, aligning them with Taboola’s long-term vision, and optimize performance with best practices adoption among internal teams and clients.
  • Lead the development and implementation of generative AI products and features, enhancing efficiency and quality with actionable campaign performance insights.
  • Orchestrate the transformation of Taboola Ads’ central interfaces into a frictionless user journey by focusing on intuitive design and functionality to significantly enhance campaign and ad creation workflows.
  • Architect and implement innovative guidance strategies, empowering clients with clear, actionable insights.
  • Design and execute large-scale A/B tests, uncovering valuable insights to guide product evolution.

What are the skills a good Product Manager needs to have?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on B2B products
  • Proven experience in UX design for B2B platforms
  • Background in AdTech, preferably with experience working with performance advertisers – Advantage
  • Technical understanding of web development principles and practices – Advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with global clients at senior levels
  • Sharp analytical skills and the ability to articulate compelling messaging and narratives
  • Experience in conducting and analyzing A/B tests to drive product improvements
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering impactful results
