YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We look for aSenior Project Consultant
inDevelopment for Analytics & Program Managementto drive and support global programs within and beyond the Cloud ERP – Product Success organization from an analytics perspective. For all programs that you will drive and support, the overall objective is to increase adoption of Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition).

You will be responsible for supporting program management topics, drive topics on your own and manage cross-topics with other global programs:

  • Conceptual work (e.g., how to use our organization’s data best, how to bring insights to action)
  • Design and run analyses for regular and ad-hoc reporting needs, e.g., in MS Excel
  • Design, build and maintain dashboards, e.g., in SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of data / data quality in source systems
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders cross LoB and proactively look for natural synergies and opportunities to enhance existing programs e.g. Cloud Customer Care, Pangea, Customer Care & RIG from an analytics perspective.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Project Management knowledge
  • Data extraction, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to bring business requirements and technical design together and deliver on time and in budget reaching a wide-ranging audience including senior management
  • Knowledge of SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA Cloud know how
  • Knowledge of MS-Excel and additional knowledge as an advantage : SAP reporting tools e.g. Adoption Monitor, HPI (Harmonized Product Adoption Insights), Usage Analyzer
  • Aspiration to lead, dedication and drive
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement skills, incl. management levels
  • Ability to work in a collaborative working culture in a matrix organization and with different cultures and time zones
  • Team player capable of balancing short-term deliverables with strategic goals and objective
