What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Data Insights & Reporting: Generate insightful reports and analytics that inform strategic decisions related to Total Rewards.
• Operational Support: Assist in the efficient management of benefits like our time account and building loans, as well as various compensation-related tasks.
• Create Engaging Materials: Develop presentations and other materials that effectively communicate complex Total Rewards concepts to stakeholders.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Language skills: Fluent in German & English
• Soft skills: Natural team player with a strong customer-focus and a positive and constructive attitude
• Location: Walldorf
