As a Enterprise Agreement Marketing Manager, you will:
- Program Management:
- Lead the end-to-end management of the Enterprise Agreement lifecycle, including negotiation, renewal, compliance, and optimization.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely and successful execution of EA-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments (Legal/Finance/Customer service) to align EA agreements with the customers business and technology needs.
- Achieve quarterly Targets and generate pipeline:
- Identify key accounts eligible for EA and Generate EA pipeline.
- Work toward closure of deals in fast and effective manner by constant follow-ups with customer requirements.
- Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and conditions for EA contracts and renewals.
- Go getter spirit and achieve results and closures without any supervision.
- Suggest creative solutions to customers to adopt EA’s and articulate value propositions and benefits.
- Subject Matter expertise and financial modelling:
- 10+ years of hands on experience on running financial models and excel proficiency with immaculate attention to detail on numbers.
- Present highly complex financial models to customers in easy and comprehendible manner.
- Succinct and crisp elevator pitches for C-Suite executives.
- Highly articulate and communication style for closing deals and achieve quarterly and yearly targets.
- Cybersecurity licensing and support contracts knowledge a huge plus point. Willingness to learn on Cybersecurity technology and market.
- Contract Management & Reporting:
- Ensure all Enterprise Agreements are properly documented, tracked, and renewed within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Develop and provide comprehensive reports for customers on program performance, including budget management, compliance status, and cost optimization efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to assess and provide creative and cost effective licensing bundles to customers.
- Provide training and guidance to internal sales and sales engineering teams on EA program processes, licensing models, and compliance requirements.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for enterprise licensing and agreements.
- Proactively recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall effectiveness of the EA program.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise agreements, software licensing, or IT procurement.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale contracts and vendor negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of software licensing models, compliance issues, and cost management strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Cybersecurity certifications and product knowledge a huge advantage.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum) or related certifications.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS licensing models.
- Experience with contract management tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
