Senior Project Specialist

We have an opportunity for a Senior Project Specialist to join us at Honeywell in CAIRO, EGY. To be successful in this role, you need to have at least 5+ years of experience in Commodity Management / Procurement, experience in developing Supply Base Management strategies with a proven record of delivering key business results and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing project plan, timelines and budget, defining project scope, objectives and deliverables
• Lead, motivate and oversee cross functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to set expectations and update on project progress.
• Responsible for project revenue planning and forecasting.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, implement contingency plans.
• Manage resources efficiently and improve productivity.
• Ensure deliverables meet Honeywell quality standards and customer requirements.
• Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining project objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reporting and auditing purpose.
• Use project management tools to monitor project performance and productivity.
• Address customer escalations and issues promptly to keep the project on track.
• Working with Sales and P&E team on new project opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10 years of project management experience in the region.
• Experiencein terminal automation projects, knowledge of Tank Gauging, Truck loadingsystems, F&G, CCTV. Knowledge on Oil &Gas terminals processes andworkflows.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proficiency in project management software
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
  Good understanding of business operations and solutions -specific knowledge
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP Project certification.
