Your role:
Start up, clean molds, and operate thermoplastic and LSR injection molding machines, along with auxiliary equipment, to produce finished goods. Assist in mold setup, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
Apply advanced knowledge in plastic and silicone transformation, specialized manufacturing processes, and root-cause troubleshooting of molding defects.
Consistently use Lean tools and techniques to solve operational problems, improve processes, and support product/process renewal initiatives.
Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards while maintaining quality in all molding processes.
Train other Molding Process Technicians and provide daily support to Manufacturing Engineers/Managers through production reporting, validation reports, and technical assistance.
You're the right fit if:
High school (9th grade) required; Plastic Process Technician certification preferred; or a combination of relevant education and experience in medical companies to support self-training.
Minimum 2 years as a Molding Technician.
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel) preferred, basic English desirable.
Strong understanding of safety practices in manufacturing environments.
How we work together
This role is an onsite role. Shift B: monday to friday from 3:36 pm to 10:00 pm and saturdays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
