Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience working in marketing, growth marketing, or related functions.
2 years of consumer growth experience across marketing or product using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, etc.
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience growing a new or existing product.
Experience with spreadsheet modeling and basic SQL.
Effective communication skills and ability to drive discussions and presentations across multiple levels of the organization.
Strong process and project management skills with the ability to set goals, maintain a growth tracker, and systematically prioritize growth initiatives.
