Success Renewal Intern, you will support the renewal execution process for SAP’s customers across EMEA, working closely with our Customer Renewal Executives and extended virtual account teams. You will help drive operational efficiency by assisting with administrative tasks and internal coordination, contributing to successful customer renewals in regions such as the UKI, BENELUX, Nordics, France, Italy, Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Partnering with Customer Renewal Executives, Customer Success Managers, and the extended Account team to deliver seamless renewal execution and support SAP revenue protection and growth.
- Support customer and partner interactions by helping with contract renewals and assisting with basic internal commercial discussions.
- Learn and follow SAP’s internal processes to help manage key steps in the customer renewal journey.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks such as preparing documentation, updating internal systems, and maintaining accurate records.
- Help ensure data quality and consistency by performing regular data checks and updates in relevant systems.
- Build your knowledge in commercial and revenue management, gaining valuable insights into business operations.
Renewal Execution Tasks
- Support the end-to-end renewal process by assisting with contract updates, replacements, and internal documentation.
- Learn about SAP’s cloud offerings, commercial terms, and the fundamentals of customer renewals and negotiation.
- Perform administrative tasks, ensuring accurate maintenance of customer, contract, and product data in internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and Commercial, across different EMEA regions to help ensure timely and smooth renewals.
What you bring
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders such as finance, legal, and commercial teams.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail - you are comfortable managing multiple tasks and following through on deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); any experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
- A team player mindset, eager to support others while developing your own skills.
- Availability to work part-time alongside your studies (flexible scheduling possible).
