- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in managing projects.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, program management, communication, demand planning and stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing technical services, infrastructure products across customer engineering, technical account or customer management.
- Experience in supply chain management, demand and capacity planning.
- Experience in technical program management with Information Technology (IT) Systems or Information Technology (IT) Automation.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Mandarin with local stakeholders.
