Who You Are
First and foremost: an engineer who knows networks – route, switch, ACLs, policy maps, netflow, etc
Strong skillset with Python, especially against APIs and with data
Proven record of developing automated solutions and ability to understand and maintain previously developed automation scripts
Significant experience root causing/troubleshooting/diagnosing network operation
High competence with CI/CD & git repository usage
Willingness to provide on-call support
Excellent time management, follow-through, and attention to detail.
Bachelor of Science Degree and/or 10+ years of relevant experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ThousandEyes or similar testing based performance analytics
CCNP certification and/or DevNet (or willing to achieve this)
Prior experience working on incident and change management
