Responsibilities:

• This role will manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events
• These activities include revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action events
• Supports a range of products/ services and projects in accordance with established systems and procedures, under general supervision
• Responsible for routine operational tasks focused on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation, and resolving problems that require investigation or research
• Minimizes risk to the bank through knowledge and understanding of procedural requirements, timely escalates all requests / inquiries / issues
• Gains anddevelops a good understanding of products, processes,procedures and controls required for custody accounts
• Utilizes good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders, and to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• 0-2years’ experience in financial institution preferred
• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including: Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securitieswill be an advantage
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Proven success as a team player
• Ability to work late shift (one shift only3pm – 11pm) and public holidays
