Essential Responsibilities:

• Independently handle assignments that require foundational knowledge of security technologies and processes while developing business expertise

• Work closely with peers and experienced team members to strengthen security practices. Take direction, contribute to team processes, and continuously learn while establishing relationships within the security domain.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Your day to day:

• Develop and implement data protection solutions across various platforms, including cloud, inline, on-prem, agent, Ai, and web.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop detection rules for data exfiltration attempts.

• Utilize Splunk for monitoring, metrics, and logging to identify potential threats and escalate incidents as needed.

• Continuously improve data protection processes and tools to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.

• Using Ai to enhance our current data security posture within the company

What do you need to bring:

• 4+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing data protection solutions in cloud, inline, on-prem, agent, and web environments.

• Strong knowledge of data protection tools and DLP technologies – writing Regex, understand proxy stacks, searching Splunk, aiding with vendor evaluations, understanding thresholds and tuning policies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify false positives and understand how small changes can impact multiple controls.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present to leadership effectively.

• Develop and implement data protection solutions across various platforms, including DAR, DIM, DIU within cloud, on-prem, EndPoint, and web.

• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with the latest security trends.

• A CISSP certification is highly sought after

• Experience with DLP within MCP, LLM’s and AI.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250
