We're looking for a high-energy-driven Process Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our client’s business. Join us, and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state-of-the-art facilities for clients in diverse markets such as battery cells, electric vehicles, specialty chemicals, industrial fermentation, and hydrogen. You’ll be accountable for the on-time delivery and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You work with a multi-discipline, highly interactive team to establish a process design basis, develop an optimized process, create calculations, and generate process drawings. Your role keeps our company connected, and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.
This position will:
• Perform conceptual and detailed designs for diverse Industries such as battery cell manufacturing, specialty chemical
• Use best practices and industry knowledge to solve complex engineering problems
• Work closely with the client to manage expectations and deliverable quality
• Interface with other disciplines and project management to provide fully-coordinated projects
• Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others
• Mentor junior engineers on basic engineering applications and best practices
• Participate in the development of proposals, budgets, and schedules for process-specific work

• Support field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors, and performing field walks.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering design is preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in engineering design as a facilities/plant engineer or as a consulting engineer
• Professional Engineer in Quebec as a process engineer (OIQ Certified Quebec Order)
