This is a remote position; however you may be required to be onsite at our Bangalore office on as-needed basis.
About the Role:
- You are responsible for resolving customer issues escalated to Engineering to deliver maximum customer satisfaction within defined SLAs using SOPs or working with cross functional teams.
- You should have the ability to work independently on defined tasks and escalate in a timely manner when support/assistance is required.
- Work with teams to identify manual, repetitive tasks and identify means to automate or remove them.
- You will have opportunities to develop/support internal tools that will reduce manual and repetitive tasks.
- Your programming knowledge will provide opportunities to enhance existing internal tools.
- Work on troubleshooting issues with APM tools, develop dashboards in APM, Grafana, setup and modify alerts to enable monitoring for our SRE team.
About You:
- 0 to 6 months of experience in web and ecommerce domain.
- You are an excellent problem-solver with excellent logical and analytical skills.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are good at writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge of .net core / GoLang / Nodejs will provide opportunities for developing and enhancing internal tools and frameworks.
