Act as a mentor to train and develop future managers, engineers and apprentices to drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly-effective team
Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by improving upon the Customer & Product Support function
Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities whilst championing customer retention ensuring contract renewal opportunities are managed effectively
Achieve working capital targets by resolving debt issues on time and ensure cash collection targets are met
Utilise built knowledge of Honeywell products to build a team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction with a focus on the remote connection and analytics of data for contracts, while ensuring cyber security is in place
Key skills and qualifications
Experience of effectively managing a team of engineers and managing change within a team, long with performance and development of team members
A background within a customer facing environment and managing larger sized accounts
Good communications skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization and a strong customer focus
Understanding of Profit & Loss responsibilities along with a good track record of working to KPI’s and forecasts
Industry related experience within BMS/Controls engineering with exposure to cybersecurity with be advantageous
