JOB DESCRIPTION

Key requirements

  • Act as a mentor to train and develop future managers, engineers and apprentices to drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly-effective team
  • Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by improving upon the Customer & Product Support function
  • Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities whilst championing customer retention ensuring contract renewal opportunities are managed effectively
  • Achieve working capital targets by resolving debt issues on time and ensure cash collection targets are met
  • Utilise built knowledge of Honeywell products to build a team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction with a focus on the remote connection and analytics of data for contracts, while ensuring cyber security is in place

Key skills and qualifications

  • Experience of effectively managing a team of engineers and managing change within a team, long with performance and development of team members
  • A background within a customer facing environment and managing larger sized accounts
  • Good communications skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization and a strong customer focus
  • Understanding of Profit & Loss responsibilities along with a good track record of working to KPI’s and forecasts
  • Industry related experience within BMS/Controls engineering with exposure to cybersecurity with be advantageous
