Your role and responsibilities

Modelling and formatting content into viable, feasible, and desirable solutions
* Researching and studying the subject and context to inform content; Writing, curating, and editing content for accuracy, clarity, and usability;
* Taking complex information into turning it into simple content for users;
* Creating content that drives user actions based on agreed requirements and research;
* Defining and applying consistent voice and tone throughout user journeys;
* Defining content goals and journeys based on user or customer needs;
* Localizing content for specific audiences and markets.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Experience using content design and technical writing tools (Figma, WalkMe, and Dita XML editors)
  • Ability to create and communicate meaning throughout product or service experiences for users and customers
  • Experience of planning and facilitating workshops to reach a specific outcome
  • Experience of working within an Agile scrum team (working across Designers, Product Owners, Developers and Researchers)
  • Ability to help people understand the value of solutions with clarity and consistency
