Our objective is to encourage and empower women studying technology to graduate and to have successful and rewarding careers in the technology sector. ​

Mentorship program will take place fromNovember till March and during these almost 5 months,you will:

• Have the opportunity to have 1x1 sessions with mentors from our team guiding your career in tech,
• Attend team activities where you are going to meet new colleagues and exchange experiences,
• Opportunity to meet and network with successful women in Dell Technologies as well as other inspiring students.
