Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Statistics, Accounting or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Two (2) years of experience must include: Performing statistical analysis utilizing data tools including SAS, SQL, and Tableau in Big Data environment; Developing actionable business insights using quantitative and analytic skills, ability to derive patterns, trends, and insights, determine key indicators, and perform risk/reward trade-off analysis; Driving collaboration across teams on cross-functional projects, stakeholder engagement and management; Driving the development of processing documentation, mapping and redesign, business requirements documentation, root-cause analysis, and organizational redesign; and Connecting analytics to business impacts and decision-making and presenting to peers and management. 40 hrs./wk.
