As a Systems Engineer II here at Honeywell Industrial Automation in Brazil, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex control systems for industrial processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of hardware and software components, and you will play a key role in optimizing system performance and reliability. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Brazil location on a hybrid work schedule. • Design and develop control systems for industrial processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components
• Optimize system performance and reliability
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve any issues
  

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science
• 2+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of control systems and industrial automation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java
• Advanced English

• Master's degree in a technical discipline
• Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
