You will be in charge of all related technical aspects to enable events, liveops features and other activities both inside and outside the game.

• Design, deploy, and maintain live operations features and activities, ensuring smooth and timely launches;
• Validate new features pre and post deployment to guarantee proper functionality;
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to define requirements and meet requirements;
• Configure and execute A/B tests for new and existing features, ensuring proper segmentation and analysis;
• Develop best practices and guidelines for setting up in-game activities and tests, and reporting findings to stakeholders;
• Communicate results, issues, and solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of live operations, feature setups, and A/B tests;
• Manage the activation and deactivation of game features and events using the game’s Back Office system;
• Cooperate with the QA team to ensure configurations are optimized and efficient;
• Monitor tests and live activities to ensure optimal performance

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
• High management skills for effective workload prioritization;
• Basic technical aptitude: familiarity with software systems, or the ability to learn technical tools quickly;
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities under time constraints;
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
• Adaptability and initiative, teamwork skills;
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Communications, IT, etc.);
• Certifications in operations or technical support
