What you’ll do

• As a technical writer, you will write technical documentation, process descriptions, guidelines and other project documents with us, documenting the foundation of the sovereign cloud

• You will collaborate with process managers, IT architects, operations engineers, and external partners to collect and process technical information

• You will develop templates and default documents based on which we can document in a repeatable manner

• As a technical writer, updating and adapting the documentation to changing technologies, business needs and best practices will be crucial

• Ensure consistent terminology and style in all technical documentation

What you bring

• Completed degree in technical communication, journalism, engineering or a comparable qualification

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

• Experience with common technical documentation tools (e.g. Atlassian Confluence)

• Technical understanding and ability to communicate complex information in an understandable way

• Team ability and ability to work in a dynamic work environment

• Fluency in German and English
