Key job responsibilities
• Work closely with public sector and regulated industry account management teams to develop targeted strategies to expand business and drive adoption of AWS solutions that help customers meet evolving digital sovereignty requirements in the German market.
• Have a holistic view of the Partner Community, a deep understanding of the partner capabilities and solutions that will delight customers.
• Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners, engagement, and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.
• Become a trusted member of the sales team to own deal execution with partners, leveraging Partner programs, and coaching partners on best practices.
• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer/partner feedback.
• Collaborate with the broader AWS Sovereign Cloud team to align on overall go-to-market strategies and share best practices.About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of field sales experience combined with partner engagement experience with a software, cloud, or technology vendor or vendors, working directly with Partners and Sales teams to create business and technology outcomes for Customers
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Sales reps and managers, solutions architects, Partner and direct marketing, business development, and other functional teams
• Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate in both languages


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise cloud solutions and managing sales cycles in the German market.
• Consistent achievement of key performance metrics
• Ability to create and execute strategic plans and initiatives with Partners, Sales, and other internal and external organizations
• Successful engagement and influence with senior executives and strong familiarity with decision-making processes within enterprise Customer organizations
