Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- 5 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Experience in fine-tuning and optimizing large language models (LLMs).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) as applied to LLM modeling, data collection, and evaluation.
- Experience in developing and implementing technology solutions that deliver impact at scale.
- Knowledge of multimodal modeling techniques, data collection, and evaluation processes.
- Understanding of ML systems and production infrastructure, enabling effective collaboration with engineers and establishing credibility with customers.
- Ability to stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning research, translating cutting-edge knowledge into practical solutions.
