Key Experience & Capabilities:

• You are the focal for ICT/Cybersecurity for the multiple Regions, managing the ICT engineering resources throughout the region to lead the improvement & increase in capabilities in both delivery and service execution, aiding all LOBs.
• You will work with the LOB leadership teams to identify capability gaps, and actively hire additional ICT and Cybersecurity professionals to support the correct sale, installation, and service of HBS solutions.
• You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with district Account Managers & Sales Leaders to ensure alignment on all customers sites & opportunities and the ICT & Cybersecurity growth & sales strategies across the Regions.
• You will work with the Account Managers & district ICT engineers to develop strong strategic partnerships with our existing customer base and identify and secure new customer portfolios.
• You will work in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders to drive & articulate importance of ICT & Cybersecurity in connected and critical infrastructure to our existing customer base and new customer portfolio.
• You are responsible for ensuring the delivery of AOP commitments and continual YOY growth of ICT & Cybersecurity across all LOBs.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strategic industry partnerships to strengthen Honeywell’s position, credibility and value proposition in the technology space.
• Build productive customer relationships, developing sponsors for Honeywell, and continually seek and capitalise upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Actively promote Honeywell as an expert in ICT, Cybersecurity & Integrated Solutions and engage and create new relationships with customers and vendors through networking events and industry forums.
• Keep abreast of all relevant developments and innovations in the IT field and research best practice methodologies and ensure emerging technologies are correctly aligned with customer requirements and solution offering.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Project of Programme Management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)
• Experience working in an operational leadership role identifying and leading new initiatives and transformational change programmes across multiple areas of the business (Sales, Marketing, Projects, Service, Engineering) for diverse, global industries. This includes strategic planning, as well as driving technology and innovation to improve margins and increase productivity.
• Significant exposure and expertise across ICT infrastructure, networking, security principals, software, systems, applications, integration, virtualization and storage technologies as well as best practice for design and implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery and program/project management of large scale, multi-year, complex ICT, Application Development and Integration Projects ($5m+) to external customers.
• Demonstrated experience in an ICT operations management facing role covering all aspects of Information Technology.
• Demonstrated experience in an operational role with a set P&L focusing on strategic growth to meet YOY increase of set AOP commitments.
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of current trends, and an ability and history of identifying areas for business improvement to drive growth and operational improvement.
• Demonstrated high-level business analysis skills with proven ability to forecast client’s needs, use questioning strategies, and create and architect innovative and creative solutions in a complex multiple systems environment.
• Demonstrated financial, business, commercial and contractual acumen and experience, and experience with high level supplier management.

We Value

• Experience implementing highly complex, integrated, secure systems in the Security, CCTV or Building Management space, and knowledge of current trends and how this impacts design & implementation.
• Familiarity with embedded software in the automation and control systems domain.
• Experience in the implementation of ITIL practices, continuous improvement and client focused service delivery standards and methodologies in large and complex organisations.
• Experience implementing Honeywell’s integrated product offerings and solutions and/or industry building automation software and solutions.
• Experience with agile or iterative development methodologies to assist in the planning and/or delivery of application development projects.
• Experience delivering projects following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model.
