The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a
Finance Manager - Cash Reconciliation and Reporting

This role will be responsible for working with cash operations, treasury, product and accounting to ensure accurate reconciliation of incoming receipts and outgoing payments. Flywire processes over $20 billion of payments through our various products, and ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation is key to our success. In addition to the daily, weekly and monthly cash reconciliation process, this opportunity will provide ample opportunities to drive process and product improvements to drive scale.

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience working with cash reconciliations with a large volume of transactions
  • High proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, reconciliation reports, and accounting software within NetSuite is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and technologies
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial transactions
  • Experience with process improvement and automation
  • Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members
  • Experience with international financial transactions and currency exchange
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, particularly those relevant to Flywire's global operations
