About the role:
Advocate for best-in-class customer experience, clear business requirements, and quality data in landing page optimization, globally
Support & prioritize a backlog of Marketing requests in sizing / modeling, and provide clear requirements to cross-functional stakeholders and execution teams
Coordinate and facilitate conversion optimization testing (A/B/n, multivariant, and sequential) activities alongside other marketing activities
Create and maintain dashboards and analyses of conversion optimization tests, and identify opportunities from data for experimentation and iterations
Manage clear and concise documentation and communications for landing page experimentation, globally
Ensure quality experience in all experiments and roll outs
About you:
You have at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
You have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role
You have an ability to form relationships at various/multiple levels
You work very well in a fast-paced, detail-rich environment
You work well in a fully remote environment, with the flexibility to overlap US and European, sometimes APAC, time zones
Your background includes experience with A/B testing in a digital marketing setting
Your proficiency in web analytics (using tools like Adobe Analytics), along with your analytical and quantitative skills, is what helps you influence data-driven business decisions
You are familiar with qualitative analytics and tactics
You have strong communication skills, and a high attention to detail
You are hyper-organized in both process and documentation management
