Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
Experience with Public Cloud technology and implementing cloud transformation.
Experience with network security, data security and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Experience leading professional services or consulting teams including practice management and operations, methodology development, business development support, pre-sales, executive relationship management, and managing delivery of professional services engagements.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interaction.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience managing cloud maturity and capability assessments, leading the design and implementation of cloud governance and operational processes, and developing cloud transformation roadmaps.
Passion for thought leadership in areas including cloud operating model and organizational transformation, cloud operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) along with public reference, blogs or white papers.
