What You'll Do
As an, you will play a key role inIntercompany Accounting and Management Allocations, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. Your main responsibilities include:
- Posting and reconciling intercompany journal entries to ensure financial accuracy.
- Managing intercompany requests , keeping stakeholders informed and resolving discrepancies.
- Running allocation cycles , including assessment and distribution of costs.
- Processing expense and revenue reclassifications from the CO-reposting inbox.
- Supporting month-end closing activities to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Providing operational support to Controllers and maintaining strong business relations.
- Collaborating with the Allocation Accounting Center of Excellence (CoE) for process improvements.
- Contributing to global standardization efforts , aligning processes across different regions.
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least two years of experience in accounting , preferably in management accounting or intercompany processes.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) for effective global communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Proficiency in SAP systems and MS Excel to manage financial transactions efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders across different locations.
- A team-oriented mindset , capable of working in both virtual and on-site teams.
- Adaptability to an international environment , valuing diversity and inclusion.
