Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Experience in Contracts Admin/Management, Claims Management, Variations Claims, Prolongation Claims, Cost
Management Project Management (for Quantum)

Experience in Delay Analysis, Disruption Analysis, Delay Disputes/EOT Claims, , Drafting, Arbitration Process

Hands-on experience on Primavera P6, Microsoft Project

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Candidate should have degree from reputed college. Civil Engineer, NICMAR or RICS, Construction management or equivalent Experience. Professional experience of 2-4 years.

Experience in Metro / Railway / Infrastructure projects, Experience in Expert Witness assistance in arbitration proceedings is preferred, Strong planning background with excellent claims and dispute resolution knowledge, Excellent report writing and presentation skills, Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential, The position requires travel (domestic and International)
