In this role, you will…

  • inquiries,requestsand complaintsreceived via phone, e-mail, or any other communication channel
  • Actasthevoiceofthecustomerbyprovidingideas andsuggestionstoimprovetheoverallbusiness,improvecustomerexperienceand/orspecificcustomerinquiries
  • Be atrustedadvisortointernalandexternalcustomersregardingallkindsof(operational)topics
  • Be alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers
  • Workcloselywiththecommercialorganizationtoensurehighcustomersatisfactionandsmoothendtoendprocessexecution
  • Provide inputtoCustomerSuccessManager/ Supervisorregarding training needsand quality development; assist with development and presentation of information and training when needed
  • Document information in the company’s database(s) about each contact you handle following defined parameters
  • Contributeideastoimprove productivity and customer experienceand


In this role, you’ll need …

  • university degreeorequivalentworkingexperience
  • 1-3years'work experience in a customer-based environment
