Your role:

• Lead and manage the S&RC SW Test team.

• You will be Designing, developing, evaluating, and conducting cost-effective, agile methods of testing new or adjusted software components and systems with an end-to-end.

• Outside-in view representing the customers’ perspective.

• Tests functional and non-functional requirements both manual and/or automated.

You're the right fit if:

• Total 9-13 years of software testing experience in various stages of product lifecycle. Design, Development, maintenance stages.

• Experience in managing a team of testers.

• Experience with testing frameworks including mocking technologies.

• Experience in Manual Testing, Automated Testing for Desktop and Mobile application

• Good understanding of SDLC, Test Life Cycle, Defects Management and Verification related processes

• Have practical experience in using tools like Github, Sonar, Bugzilla, Test link, etc

• Experience in healthcare domain is preferred.

Good to have.

• Experience with Build Management & Continuous Integration systems (TeamCity or equivalent)

• Experience developing multi-threaded applications

• Experience with Test Automation using Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) or Test Driven Development (TDD)

• Experience in developing or testing in a regulated environment.

• Experience in developing enterprise scale test automation.
