Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, including both public accounting and operational accounting.
- CPA or CA equivalent or experience with US GAAP or IMCP.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in Mexico and USA.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Public accounting as well as industry experience in an operational accounting role.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with a focus on business recognition.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional, fast-paced environment and to drive complex operational initiatives.
- Excellent problem solving skills, combined with business judgment.
