Role & Responsibilities

In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:

• Involvement in with internal and external events.

• Steering of in-house contractor process.

• Supporting the wider team on projects.

• Leading STEM events.

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

• Ability to follow established processes.

• Ability to take initiative.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work with shorter terms projects.

• Compile regular project status for all stakeholders and effectively escalate issues and risks as necessary.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring lessons learned activities for the project are completed.

• Work on project documentation as required.

• Analyze and report on project data as needed.

• Work with the engineering operations team on site initiatives as required.

Candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a project heavy administrative role. Candidates are expected to:

• Have experience in MS Word and MS Excel. PowerPoint and OneNote are a plus.

• Track multiple projects at one time.

• Have experience working across multiple teams, in person and virtually.

• Have good communication skills, written and verbal.

• Be enthusiastic about inspiring the next generation of engineers.

• Have good interpersonal skills and be a good team player.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
